Silver Dollar City
A Herschend Family Entertainment property, Silver Dollar City is a 1880s theme park located near Branson, Missouri. As the most visited paid attraction in the Ozark Mountain Region, Silver Dollar City sees two million visitors and presents six festivals annually. The 55-acre park has 12 stage venues, 22 rides, 12 restaurants, 60 shops and 1500 employees, including 100 resident craftsmen. Silver Dollar City was awarded “Friendliest Theme park” in the world by industry-leading Amusement Today publication in August 2009 and celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2010.
