The Strategy: Conducted comprehensive, on-site asset discovery and valuation across select HFE properties. Developed a proprietary sponsorship strategy that bundled newfound marketing assets into highly targeted, premium sponsorship packages aligned with the core demographics of prospective national brands.

The ROI: 3000% Return on Investment generated from sponsorship activities in less than three years. $2.6 Million in incremental income secured through new, strategically aligned brand partnerships.

The Objective: As the exclusive sponsorship firm for John Mayer’s MayerCraft Carrier, TVX was tasked to create, value, and sell, sponsorship programs for Sixthman and Grammy Award winning Artist John Mayer. After successfully closing a robust program between the event and Ernie Ball, TVX was asked to provide additional Management Services for the partnership that when complete, would result in a renewal of the program by the partner.

The Strategy: TVX managed and directed all aspects of the John Mayer Ernie Ball program from contract to the close of the event. Ernie Ball was provided a comprehensive digital and hard copy recap detailing what EB received for their investment in the program. The recap also included the following:

  • Top down objective analysis that demonstrated ROI for the partner

  • Highlights of sponsorship activation including a nationwide contest for the best unsigned band to get to play on the MCC

  • Detailed evaluation of the program Ernie Ball received both from contractual elements and added value

  • Samples of all contractual and value added elements

The Key Result: TVX delivered a successful partnership program to Ernie Ball, that provided excellent service to the partner and delivered Ernie Ball the analytics and review of the partnership that objectively demonstrated the successful return on investment of the sponsorship to the partner.
